We now have an exciting opportunity available for a highly skilled IT Manager to join the Airco family and begin shaping the way we do business at Airco.

Your Next Opportunity:

As our next IT Manager, you will have the opportunity to drive innovation within our business by initiating and leading technological advancements through major projects such as ERP (SAP B1) improvements and Salesforce enhancements. You’ll work collaboratively with other departments to ensure the business is operating efficiently, and provide technical solutions and support as needed.

You’ll also be leading the IT team and providing hands-on technical expertise alongside your team members. This is not a management position that will see you delegating every task that comes along your desk - your mentorship and development of the team will be supported by your ability to perform the tasks that keep our systems running smoothly.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Lead and initiate business applications projects that can create increased business productivity and efficiency
  • Provide leadership and management of the IT team, including deployment and implementation of goals, policies, procedures, and operations for all information technology solutions to support a culture of continuous improvement
  • Perform business systems project management, including detailed scoping of the requirements and costs, product technical statements of work and liaise with consultants
  • Managing all business application vendors
  • Developing code-based functionality for Salesforce

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

To be considered for this position, you will need to hold tertiary qualifications in Computer Science or Information Systems, and have demonstrated experience in business applications design and implementation (about 5+ years of experience).

To thrive in this role, you will be a team player who is excited to roll up your sleeves and work alongside your team. You’ll have a strong diagnostic skillset as well as the ability to develop code-based tools for a number of frameworks and environments.

  • Familiarity with Java, Javascript, Apex, XSLT, and C#
  • CRM Development skills
  • Business process modelling tools
  • Business intelligence modelling tools
