Your Next Opportunity:

As our next Repairs Agent/Service Technician, you’ll have the opportunity to travel throughout Melbourne and, at times, regional Victoria to diagnose and repair Airco equipment across various client sites. This will include troubleshooting compressors, pneumatic, gas, battery, and electrical-powered tooling to determine the root case of equipment malfunctions.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Servicing of tools and other equipment as required in a timely manner
  • Fault-finding and problem-solving
  • Providing high-quality customer service and support 
  • Responding to spare part sales requests and ensuring generating accurate relevant paperwork as required

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

We’re looking for someone who’s mechanically-minded and isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty. Our ideal candidate will have prior demonstrated experience in a similar position that saw them either using or repairing hand tools (ideally compressors, pneumatic, gas, battery, and electrical powered tooling). That being said, if you don’t tick all the boxes, but have some experience in repairs and maintenance, we’d still love to hear from you!

Other requirements for the role include:

  • An unrestricted driver’s license
  • The ability to use computers and similar devices to support service delivery
  • A commitment to continuous improvement and high-quality customer service
  • Excellent attention to detail
